2.1 Information you provide
We may collect:

- Support information: the content of messages you send to customer support and related contact details.
- Optional content you submit: photos/images and any text you choose to provide in connection with the Service.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:
- Device and technical information: device model, operating system version, app version, language settings, time zone, IP address (where applicable), and identifiers necessary to provide the Service.

4) AI-Assisted Image/Text Processing (Your Control, No Third-Party Sharing)
Solvia offers intelligent analysis features that may process images (and any text you provide) to help recommend whether to keep or discard items.
What we do
- When you choose to upload photos (and/or text) for analysis, your content is processed on servers operated by Solvia Team (our own infrastructure).
- Your uploaded images/text are used only to provide the analysis you requested and are not used for advertising or marketing.
What we do not do
- We do not share your uploaded images/text with any third party for this analysis feature.
- We do not use your uploaded images/text to train models for marketing or advertising purposes.
- We do not perform facial recognition or biometric identification, and we do not create biometric templates.
- Uploaded photos and any associated text submitted for analysis are processed on a one-time basis and are deleted from our servers immediately after processing is completed (or as soon as reasonably possible if queued for processing).
- You control whether to upload content and whether to generate results. If you do not upload, the Service will not process that content on our servers.
- By default, your photos remain stored locally on your device. The Service does not automatically upload your photo library; uploads occur only when you choose to upload specific items.
5) Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information in the following situations, and only to the minimum extent necessary:
- With your consent or at your direction.

Important: content you upload for the AI-assisted analysis feature (images/text) is processed on servers operated by Solvia Team and is not shared with third parties for that analysis.

- Protection of rights and safety (to investigate misuse or prevent harm).
- Business transfers (merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets), subject to safeguards.
6) International Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one where you live. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
7) Data Security
We implement reasonable measures designed to protect information, including:
- Encryption in transit and, where appropriate, encryption at rest.
- Access controls and least-privilege practices.

10) Location Information

11) Photos, Faces, and Biometrics
- We do not use photos for facial recognition or biometric identification.
- We do not collect or create biometric identifiers or biometric information.
- Photos you choose to upload for analysis are used one time for the requested feature and are deleted from our servers after processing.
- Photos stored on your device remain under your control.
12) Children and Teen Privacy (17+)
The Service is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you believe a child under 17 has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
13) Do Not Sell / Share for Targeted Advertising
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by applicable law.
14) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, via an in-app notice) and update the Effective Date at the top of this page.
