These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Solvia Team governing your access to and use of the Solvia mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

1) Eligibility (17+)

The Service is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. By using the Service, you represent that you are 17+ and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2) The Service

Solvia helps you make keep/discard decisions by allowing you to upload photos of items (such as clothes, bags, or cosmetics) and optionally provide text, and then receive recommendations based on analysis of usage frequency and your choices. Some features may involve intelligent/automated processing.

3) Accounts

3.1 Account information

You may be required to create an account and provide information such as your name, username, and email address.

3.2 Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or use.

3.3 Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated.

4) Your Content

4.1 Your content

“User Content” includes photos/images, text, and other materials you submit to the Service (including support messages).

4.2 Permission to process your content

You grant Solvia Team a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and process your User Content solely to:

  • operate and provide the Service and requested features,
  • maintain and improve performance and security,
  • respond to support requests.

This license ends when your User Content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as backups for a limited time).

4.3 You are responsible for your content

You represent and warrant that you have the rights to provide your User Content and that providing it does not violate any law or any third-party rights.

5) Intelligent/Automated Outputs

5.1 Outputs are informational

Recommendations and results generated by the Service are for informational purposes only. You remain responsible for your decisions, including what to keep or discard, and for verifying suitability for your needs.

5.2 No professional advice

The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

6) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulations.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security features.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.
  • Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or content intended to harm others.
  • Use the Service to infringe intellectual property or other rights.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or underlying methods of the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

7) Intellectual Property

7.1 Our materials

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Solvia Team or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

7.2 Limited license to you

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

8) Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy (made available to you where you access the Service). The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information, including information you provide and information collected automatically.

Note
This page does not link to any other agreement page. Privacy Policy access is provided through the app or where you obtained this page.

9) Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party services (for example, platform services, network providers, or tools used for hosting, analytics, or crash reporting). We are not responsible for third-party services not controlled by Solvia Team. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their terms and policies.

10) Termination

10.1 Termination by you

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us.

10.2 Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law.

10.3 Effect of termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately. Certain provisions survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

11) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLVIA TEAM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLVIA TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SOLVIA TEAM FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR, IF YOU PAID NOTHING, 100 USD).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solvia Team from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

14) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, via an in-app notice) and update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Solvia Team’s principal place of business, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, except where prohibited by applicable law.

16) Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration

16.1 Informal resolution first

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us at eqbuyzncve2803@outlook.com and provide a brief written description of the dispute and your contact information. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

16.2 Binding arbitration

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misuse, or violation of intellectual property or security rights.

The arbitration will be conducted in the jurisdiction of Solvia Team’s principal place of business, under rules selected by the arbitrator consistent with these Terms and applicable law. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

16.3 Class action waiver (where permitted)

To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
